Roasted Veggies Dipping Sauces

Ingredients

  • Herb Vinaigrette:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh herbs
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced shallot
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • Roasted Red Pepper Aioli:
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped roasted red sweet peppers
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Whisk and stir together all ingredients for desired sauce.
