Ingredients
- Pistachio Pesto:
- 3/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
Directions

Blend all ingredients through pepper in a blender or food processor. Add cream cheese; blend until desired consistency.
