French Silk Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 15-oz. pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts
- 1 t flour
- FILLING
- 3 oz. (3 squares) unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 11/2 t vanilla
- 3 eggs
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate curls
Directions

at oven to 450. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for unfilled one-crust pie using 9-inch pie pan. (Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.)

Bake at 450 for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

In small saucepan, melt chocolate; cool. In large bowl, cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.

Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating at medium speed 5 minutes after each addition.

Pour into cooled baked crust.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Store in refrigerator.
