Gnocchi with Mushrooms and Onion

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. potato gnocchi
  • 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook gnocchi as directed. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Drain gnocchi. Add the gnocchi, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper flakes to the skillet; heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
