Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 12 oz. jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts, undrained
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions

Place chicken in a pressure cooker. Top with tomatoes, artichokes, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Lock lid; make sure vent is closed. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high and set time for 10 minutes. When finished cooked, allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure as directed. Sprinkle with the cheeses before serving.
