Ingredients
- 8 cups steamed broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1 tsp honey
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
Directions

Cool the broccoli in ice water. Drain and dry. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, thyme, Dijon, honey, and salt in a bowl. Add the broccoli and red onion and toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Top with Parmesan and pecans.
