Ingredients
- 8 cups steamed broccoli florets
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions

Combine mayo, bell pepper, Greek yogurt, feta, parsley, dill, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and stir to coat. Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Mix panko, dill and olive oil in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli. Bake at 375 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
