Greek Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients

  • 8 cups steamed broccoli florets
  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine mayo, bell pepper, Greek yogurt, feta, parsley, dill, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and stir to coat. Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Mix panko, dill and olive oil in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli. Bake at 375 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
