Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Nutmeg
- Graham crack crumbles
Directions

Combine oats, a pinch of salt, almond milk, ricotta and pumpkin puree; stir in maple syrup and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Refrigerate. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
