Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooled coffee
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Chopped walnuts
- Cacao nibs
Directions

Combine coats, a pinch of salt, milk, coffee, maple syrup, chia seeds, cocoa powder and vanilla. Refrigerate. Top with chopped walnuts and cacao nibs.
