- 3 cups fresh cauliflowerets
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased 15×10×1-in. baking pan. Bake at 425 until tender, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
