Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cauliflowerets
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased 15×10×1-in. baking pan. Bake at 425 until tender, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
