Ingredients
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1/3 C butter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- can of sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 4 green onions (chopped) white part only
- 2 T paprika
- 3 T flour
- 1/4 C chicken bullion
- 1 C dry white wine
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 C white rice cooked in 4 C water
- 1 T toasted, slivered almonds
Directions

fry bacon, cool, crumble, set aside

preheat oven to 350F

spray 7×11 baking dish

melt butter and brown chicken breasts

put breasts in baking dish

spread mushrooms over chicken
-
cook onions until softened

stir in paprika and flour to make rue
-
add bullion and bring to a boil

whisk in wine and bring to a simmer

stir in sour cream
-
spread sauce over chicken
-
cover baking dish with foil
-
bake 1 hour
-
to serve, spoon rice onto serving platter, cover with chicken and sauce

garnish with bacon and almonds
