Assorted Wing Sauces

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream and Onion Sauce:
  • 1 garlic clove, minced and mashed
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sriracha-Honey Soy Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • South Caroline Barbecue Sauce:
  • 2/3 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Sour Cream and Onion Sauce: Mash garlic with kosher salt into a chunky paste. Whisk the garlic paste, sour cream, buttermilk, mayo, vinegar and chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Sriracha-Honey Soy Sauce: Combine honey and Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking, and cook until thickened, 5 minutes. Let cool.

  3. South Carolina Barbecue Sauce: Combine mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire, and hot sauce in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking, until the sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in butter until melted; season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
