Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp
- Olive oil
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp. minced parsley
- Grated Parmesan

Cut pizza dough into 4 pieces; flatten each into a 4-inch square. Cut each square into 4 strips; tie each strip into a knot. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil and loosely cover with plastic wrap; let rise 1 hour. Uncover and bake at 400 until golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Combine butter, olive oil, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Toss the knots with the butter and parsley; sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
