Dill-Caper: Mix 1 stick softened butter with 1/4 cup chopped dill, 2 tbsp. capers and the zest and juice of 1 lemon.

Maple-Chipotle: Puree 1 stick softened butter, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, and 1 tbsp. sauce from a can of chipotles in adobo.

Buffalo Blue Cheese: Mix 3 tbsp. softened butter with 1 tbsp. chopped chives, 2 tbsp. hot sauce and a pinch of salt. Stir in 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese and 2 tbsp. minced celery.

Pumpkin Butter: Puree 1 stick softened butter, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.

Lemon-Herb: Mix 1 stick softened butter with 1 tbsp. each minced chives and parsley and 1 tsp each lemon zest and Worcestershire.
