Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 bay lead
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup sage leaves
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup pasta cooking water
- 1 lb. cooked tortellini
- Parmesan
Directions

Cook vinegar, honey and bay leaf in a saucepan over medium-high heat until syrupy, 5 minutes. Melt butter in a skillet. Add sage leaves and walnuts; cook 3 minutes. Add pasta cooking water; cook 2 minutes. Toss with tortellini and some Parmesan. Drizzle with the balsamic syrup.
