Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan
- Lemon wedges
Directions

Preheat broiler. In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add asparagus. Place in a single layer on a wire rack over a foil-lined 15×10-inch baking pan.

Broil 5-6 inches from heat until tender, 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with lemon wedges.
