Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 small red onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 box tagliatelle pasta, cooked as directed
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley, shredded Parmesan

Preheat grill to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together bread crumbs, egg and cream; let stand for 5 minutes. Add beef, garlic, salt and pepper, stirring until combined. Using a 1 1/2-inch scoop, scoop beef mixture, and shape into balls.

Add meatballs, onion and tomatoes to grill; cook, turning as needed, until cooked through and vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes. Remove from grill; chop onion.

In a large bowl, toss together onion, tomatoes, cooked pasta and parsley; top with meatballs. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
