Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 3 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into 8 slices
- 8 slider buns, split and toasted

In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Form into 8 meatballs. In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add meatballs. Cook until browned all over, about 6 minutes. Add marinara. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer, turning meatballs occasionally, until flavors meld, 8-10 minutes. Place 1 slice of mozzarella on each meatball. Off heat, cover skillet until cheese melts. Build sliders with buns, meatballs, and sauce.
