Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups honey-roasted peanuts
- 2 cups caramel popcorn
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, leaving 2-inch overhang. Grease foil. In a medium pan, melt butter over medium. Off heat, add sugar, vanilla, and 1/4 tsp salt; whisk for 1 minute. Whisk in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in cocoa and flour. Fold in peanuts. Pour into pan. Top with popcorn. Bake until tested comes out with moist crumbs, 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan. Using foil, lift brownie from pan. Cut into squares.
