Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh fruit or vegetables and/or cooked frozen veggies
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tsp honey or to taste
Directions

Blend fruit and/or veggies, juice, banana, yogurt, ice, and honey in a blender until smooth, at least 3 minutes.
