Ingredients
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 container shredded Garlic and Coriander Roasted Chicken (see recipe)
- 2 to 3 tbsp. hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery stalks with leaves

Preheat oven to 400. Arrange rolls, cut-side up, on baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 5 minutes. Spread cut sides with mayo. Sprinkle cheese on roll bottoms. In nonstick skillet, cook chicken, covered, over low, stirring, until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Divide chicken among roll bottoms. Drizzle with hot sauce. Top with celery and roll tops.
