Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 3 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions

Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chops in butter over medium heat until meat juices run clear; remove and keep warm.

Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with chops.
