Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons ground paprika
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder, such as Cape Curry Powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground dried limes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to blend.

Store the mixture in an airtight container for 1 to 2 months.
