Chili-Lime Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. radishes, halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili-lime seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • Roasted salted pepitas

Directions

  1. Toss radishes with olive oil, chili-lime seasoning, and salt on a baking sheet. Roast at 425, stirring once, until golden and tender, 30-35 minutes. Season with salt. Toss with cilantro. Top with pepitas.
