Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. radishes, halved
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp chili-lime seasoning
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup cilantro
- Roasted salted pepitas
Directions

Toss radishes with olive oil, chili-lime seasoning, and salt on a baking sheet. Roast at 425, stirring once, until golden and tender, 30-35 minutes. Season with salt. Toss with cilantro. Top with pepitas.
