Whipped Ricotta with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole-milk ricotta
  • 3 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • 1/3 cup chopped mixed herbs (dill, parsley, chives and/or basil)
  • Flaky salt

Directions

  1. Beat ricotta and heavy cream with a mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Beat in salt and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil and top with herbs. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
