Parmesan-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 14-oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Puree artichokes in a food processor with Parmesan, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, until smooth.
