Creamy Salsa

Ingredients

  • Fresh Salsa (see recipe)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • Cilantro

Directions

  1. Make Fresh Salsa; seed the tomatoes before chopping. Let the salsa stand 30 minutes, then drain, reserving the juices. Whisk cream cheese until creamy, then add the salsa and whisk until smooth, thinning with the reserved juices as needed. Top with cilantro.
