Spicy Mexican Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen fire-roasted corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mexican crema
  • 1 red jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine corn, mayo, crema, jalapeno, cilantro, lime zest and juice; season with salt and pepper.
