Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 15-oz. cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Salt
Directions

Cook garlic in olive oil in a small skillet until softened, 2 minutes; let cool. Puree the garlic and oil in a food processor with beans, cilantro, chives, parsley, oregano, and vinegar; season with salt.
