Sausage and Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. mild Italian sausage, casings removed
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in vegetable oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add onion and cook until tender, 4 minutes. Whisk in Velveeta, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in Worcestershire and Dijon; season with salt.
