Ingredients
- 12 oz. mild Italian sausage, casings removed
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Dijon
- Salt

Brown sausage in vegetable oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add onion and cook until tender, 4 minutes. Whisk in Velveeta, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in Worcestershire and Dijon; season with salt.
