Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup drained horseradish
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 tsp Dijon
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Sliced scallions
Directions

Pulse cheddar in a food processor with cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, water, Dijon, vinegar, salt and pepper. Top with sliced scallions.
