Horseradish Pub Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup drained horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp Dijon
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sliced scallions

Directions

  1. Pulse cheddar in a food processor with cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, water, Dijon, vinegar, salt and pepper. Top with sliced scallions.
