Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Persian cucumber, grated
- 1/2 garlic clove, grated
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped mint
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Soak onion in ice water, 10 minutes; drain and pat dry. Mix with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, mint, olives, vinegar and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with more red pepper flakes.
