Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. each chopped fresh cilantro and flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 garlic clove, grated
- 1 lb. top sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp. finely ground coffee
- 1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

In a bowl, mix oil, herbs, scallions, vinegar, and garlic; season sauce. Rub steak with coffee; season. Grill steak over medium heat to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Season potatoes; grill until tender, 5 minutes per side. Drizzle steak with sauce. Serve with potatoes.
