Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Toasted Thai red chile powder
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. Toasted Rice Powder (see recipe)
- 10 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the chile powder and hot water. Stir in the fish sauce and toasted rice powder. Squeeze in the pulp f the tomatoes (discard the skins) and stir together. The sauce will keep in the fridge for a week or so.
