Charred Corn with Honey-Thyme Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. salted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp thyme, chopped
  • Large pinch of cayenne
  • 6 ears of corn, shucked and cut into 2-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Mash butter with honey, thyme and cayenne. Grill corn on oiled grates over medium heat, turning, until tender and charred, 8-10 minutes. Serve with the honey-thyme butter.
