Husk-On Corn

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • Butter and salt, for serving

Directions

  1. Pull back the husks of corn and remove the silks, then pull the husks back up. Combine water with sugar and salt. Add the corn and let soak, 1 hour; drain. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until the corn is tender, 10-15 minutes. Serve with butter and salt.
