Ingredients
- 3 bunches baby carrots, trimmed
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon zest
- Parmesan
- Chopped parsley
- Flaky salt
Directions

Toss carrots with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, over medium heat, turning often, until tender, 12-15 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon zest, Parmesan, chopped parsley and flaky salt.
