Lemon-Parmesan Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches baby carrots, trimmed
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon zest
  • Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley
  • Flaky salt

Directions

  1. Toss carrots with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, over medium heat, turning often, until tender, 12-15 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon zest, Parmesan, chopped parsley and flaky salt.
