Ingredients
- 3 red, yellow and/or orange bell peppers, quartered and seeded
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chopped oregano
Directions

Brush bell peppers with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until softened and lightly charred, 4-5 minutes per side. Toss with olive oil and vinegar and oregano.
