Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. tube polenta, thickly sliced
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Brush polenta with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, flipping once, until crisp and well marked, 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and pepper.
