- 18 oz. tube polenta, thickly sliced
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- Grated Parmesan
- Black pepper
Directions

Brush polenta with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, flipping once, until crisp and well marked, 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and pepper.
