Sesame Scallions

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches scallions
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for serving

Directions

  1. Brush scallions with sesame oil. Season with salt. Grill on a grilling tray over medium-high heat, turning, until charred, 2 to 4 minutes. Whisk soy sauce and vinegar; drizzle over the scallions. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
