Ingredients
- 3 bunches scallions
- Sesame oil
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- Toasted sesame seeds, for serving

Brush scallions with sesame oil. Season with salt. Grill on a grilling tray over medium-high heat, turning, until charred, 2 to 4 minutes. Whisk soy sauce and vinegar; drizzle over the scallions. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
