Ingredients
- 2 sweet onions, thickly sliced
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper
Directions

Soak onions in buttermilk mixed with salt and pepper, 30 minutes to 1 hour; drain. Grill, covered, over medium heat, flipping, until tender, 10-15 minutes. Toss with olive oil and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
