Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

Microwave potatoes until tender, 8-11 minutes; let cool slightly, then cut into 1/2-inch wedges. Toss with oil. Mix onion powder and garlic powder with dill, salt and pepper; sprinkle over the potatoes and toss. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until well marked, 5-7 minutes.
