- 1 lb. whole baby potatoes
- Olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Chopped chives and parsley

Cover potatoes with cold salted water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, 10 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until charred, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and parsley.
