- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
- Flaky salt

Toss asparagus with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until bright green and well marked, 3 to 5 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar; sprinkle with flaky salt.
