Lemon-Mint Edamame

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. bag frozen edamame in pods
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Lemon zest
  • Chopped mint
  • Flaky salt

Directions

  1. Toss edamame with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a grilling tray and grill over high heat, stirring once or twice, until charred, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest, chopped mint and flaky salt.
