Ingredients
- 10 oz. bag frozen edamame in pods
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Lemon zest
- Chopped mint
- Flaky salt
Directions

Toss edamame with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a grilling tray and grill over high heat, stirring once or twice, until charred, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest, chopped mint and flaky salt.
