Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 serrano chile, minced
- 2 pinches salt
- Cilantro, torn
Directions

Halve and seed cantaloupe (do not peel); cut into wedges and brush with olive oil. Season with salt. Grill over medium-high heat until well marked, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Combine lime juice and agave with chile and salt; drizzle over the cantaloupe. Sprinkle with cilantro.
