Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. za'atar
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
- Torn mint
Directions

Mix za’atar and olive oil. Shape pizza dough into a 10 by 15 inch oval on an oiled inverted baking sheet. Slide the dough into oiled grill grates and grill over medium-high heat until cooked through and marked, 3 minutes per side. Brush with the za’atar oil and top with torn mint.
