Parmesan Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Grated parmesan
  • Dried oregano
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Flaky salt

Directions

  1. Shape pizza dough into a 12-inch round on an oiled inverted baking sheet. Slide the dough onto oiled grill grates and grill over medium-high heat until puffed and marked, about 3 minutes per side, brushing with olive oil after flipping. Flip onto a cutting board and brush with more oil. Top with grated Parmesan, dried oregano, red pepper flakes and flaky salt.
