- Sazon Goya
- Garlic Powder
- Onion
- Chicken Bouillon
- Green Pepper
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Peas
- Rice

Directions

Smother the chicken pieces with the Sazon Goya

Fry in a heavy bottomed pot over medium-high heat to brown. Remove to platter and reserve.

Blend 1/3 onion, 1/3 green pepper, 1 clove garlic, 2 roma tomatoes, 2 tsp chicken bouillon.

Stir in 2 cups rice and saute 1-2 minutes.

Add the mixture above, peas (drained), and 31/2 cups water.

Bring to boil, reduce heat, add chicken pieces on top of rice, cover and simmer for 30 min.
