Ingredients
- 3 lbs. ground sirloin
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 burger buns
- 2 cups prepared pimiento cheese
- Toppings: cooked bacon slices, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, pickles
Directions
-
Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
-
In a large bowl, gently combine beef, bacon, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion into a 3/4-inch-thick patty. Make a slight indentation in center of each patty to keep flat while cooking.
-
Add patties and buns, cut side down, to grill rack. Cook buns until grill marks form, about 2 minutes. Cook patties until cooked to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side, adding pimiento cheese during last 1 minute of cooking. Serve patties on buns with desired toppings.
